The overall new ambiance was to be promoted on rental property websites. Using an earth colored theme was the new key mood & tone for this spacious three-story house in the heart of the city.

The green color and wooden materials adds a nice energy and warm flow to the house. The new decoration & furniture we used comes with a comfortable design made mainly from local materials and contractors.

In this way we were able to keep everything simple and cost effective, while maintaining a quality modern style at the same time.
